The test equipment category includes OTDRs, fusion splicers, network analyzers, cable certifiers, and RF spectrum analyzers. Bench and field instruments can be considered whether currently calibrated or due for service.

Include calibration and accessory information
For each unit, provide manufacturer, model, serial number if available, quantity, condition, and calibration status or due date. List probes, modules, leads, carrying cases, and other accessories separately.
If an instrument is untested, damaged, or due for calibration, say so rather than estimating performance. This helps set an accurate expectation during lot review.
Prepare a clear lot for valuation
Group equipment by model and include photos when model plates or included accessories are unclear. Mixed test-equipment lots can be submitted together when each line is identified.
Any offer, shipping arrangement, and payment terms are confirmed in writing for the project. Do not ship equipment before the parties agree on the transaction and transport plan.
