Business laptops and tablets
The fleet category includes MacBook Pro and MacBook Air lots, corporate iPad deployments, ThinkPad business laptops, and Dell Latitude systems. Send mixed fleets as one request with each model family on a separate line.
List the model or generation, quantity, memory and storage when known, condition, and whether power adapters or other accessories are included. Brand names identify equipment only and do not imply affiliation.

Prepare fleet inventory for review
An export from your asset system or a spreadsheet is a practical starting point. Separate models and conditions, identify units with cracked screens or missing parts, and note whether devices are locked or enrolled in a management system.
Do not include account passwords or personal user data. Confirm your organization’s process for removing devices from management, accounts, and data before transfer.
Set clear data and logistics terms
State how devices are staged, boxed, and counted, and whether the lot spans multiple sites. Freight, packaging, access, and payment terms are scoped to the specific project and confirmed in writing.
For devices with storage media, describe your sanitization or destruction requirements. Agree on the method, documentation, and any third-party involvement before equipment leaves your control.
